The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive by 4:30 PM so you have time to be seated before the ceremony starts.

Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site. A shuttle service will transport guests to and from the parking area.
Our dress code is Black Tie Cowboy Wedding. Please honor the wedding dress code — guests who do not comply may be asked to leave.
Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be noted. We appreciate your understanding.
Please submit your RSVP by September 24, 2026. This helps us finalize catering, seating arrangements, and other important details. You can RSVP through our website or by returning the enclosed response card.
Yes, a full open bar will be available during cocktail hour and throughout the reception. We will offer a selection of wine, beer, spirits, and signature cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
Yes — children will be served pizza in lieu of the plated dinner. If your child has dietary restrictions, please let us know in the notes section of your RSVP.
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony so that all guests can be fully present in the moment. Our professional photographer and videographer will capture everything beautifully. You are welcome to take photos during the reception.
We completely understand that not everyone can make it. Please let us know by submitting your RSVP with a decline so we can plan accordingly. You will be in our hearts on our special day, and we would love to celebrate with you another time.
